    Overview Seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney for the position of Real Estate Counsel for its Charlotte, NC office. The Real Estate Counsel position requires a professional who takes a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to issues within the company's business directives. This position will report to the company's Vice President - Legal and provide real estate-related legal services to the company, primarily for the leasing of a portfolio of shopping centers throughout the Southeast, Midwest, and West.
