As an In‑House Applications Engineer & Technician, you'll be at the heart of a growing technical team supporting production, sales, and customer applications across a range of advanced additive manufacturing technologies.

What You'll Do
You'll bring hands-on expertise to both the shop floor and customer-facing projects, including:
- Performing machine repairs, technical troubleshooting, and on-site support.
- Leading technical projects, performing software updates, and completing pre-shipment inspections.
- Conducting material development work, testing, and validation on in-house additive systems.
- Supporting sales through product demonstrations and technical insights for customer applications.
- Joining sales calls when needed to review application details and lead benchmarking activities.
- Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improving support processes.
- Assisting with order fulfillment, shipment prep, and shop operations when required.
What It Takes to Succeed
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field -or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3+ years in a technical, applications engineering, field service, or machinery-support role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to interpret diagrams, manuals, schematics, and other technical resources.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and the confidence to propose unique customer solutions.
- Prior experience in additive manufacturing, CAD tools, or software like SolidWorks or Magics is a plus.
