About the Role
Dryer Vent Wizard of Atlanta is looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term future in the home service industry while working with a nationally recognized brand.
We are seeking a technician who can work independently, communicate clearly, use tools confidently, and navigate tablet-based systems. The right candidate will be able to educate customers on dryer vent safety, efficiency, and code-related recommendations, while also bringing hands-on experience with small repairs such as drywall, roof vents, and minor construction work.
What You’ll Do
Perform dryer vent cleaning, inspection, repair, and fire prevention services
Educate customers on safety, efficiency, and recommended solutions
Use proven systems and follow company directions carefully
Document work clearly and accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work style
Work in residential homes and other service environments
Assist with minor repair-related tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in duct cleaning, dryer vent service, HVAC support, handyman work, maintenance, or light construction is a strong plus
Good with customers and professional in people’s homes
Able to follow directions and stay attached to proven systems
Comfortable using tools and learning technical service work
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Neat, organized, punctual, and responsible
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with heights, ladders, crawl spaces, and attics
Good driving record
Willingness to learn building code expectations and grow in the trade
