About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting customized solutions that align with their vision.
This is a 100% commission-based outside sales role, offering uncapped earning potential. You'll use cutting-edge technology to design and sell premium bath products in a consultative, in-home setting.

Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
Attend weekly sales training to continuously sharpen your skills
Design personalized bath solutions using our software
Present pricing and confidently close sales
Provide a professional, consultative experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Prior in-home sales experience preferred (home remodeling experience is a plus)
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Confidence in public speaking and delivering polished presentations
Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Outgoing, articulate personality with strong rapport-building skills
