Carroll Water is a locally owned, established company (since 1983) specializing in water treatment solutions for homeowners. We are growing and looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to work with pre-qualified, company-provided leads—no cold calling required.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
Evaluate water quality concerns and recommend solutions
Present and sell water treatment systems
Build trust and provide a high-quality customer experience
Manage and follow up on leads provided by our marketing team
Schedule
Pre-set appointments provided (no prospecting required)
Typical workload: 40–50 appointments per month
Availability required for evenings and Saturdays
No Sunday appointments
Compensation & Benefits
Top performers earn $150,000+ annually
Base salary + commission during training
Transition to uncapped commission structure
Bi-weekly pay
