About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and sell customized bath solutions. This is an outside sales position where you’ll use modern tools and technology to present and close deals in-home.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based system
Design customized bath solutions using our software
Present pricing and close sales during consultations
Participate in weekly sales training sessions
Provide a professional and customer-focused experience
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Prior in-home sales experience preferred
Home remodeling or bath industry experience is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Confident presenter with strong closing ability
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Outgoing and professional personality
