MOLLY MAID is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative / Estimator to meet with customers in their homes, provide cleaning estimates, and help them choose the right service for their needs.

This is a full-time weekday position with paid training, a company vehicle during work hours, and a consistent schedule you can count on.

We provide warm leads - no cold calling.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers in their homes to provide estimates
• Explain pricing and service options clearly and professionally
• Follow a simple, proven sales process
• Follow up on open estimates and customer questions
• Work with the office team to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We Offer

• $16/hour starting pay
• Weekly pay + bonus incentives
• Company vehicle provided during work hours
• Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or holidays

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Available Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
