The Mission

As an n-Home Sales Consultant, you turn homeowner conversations into confident “yes” decisions—delivering sharp proposals for Residential Painting Sales and keeping momentum high from first consult to signed agreement.

Key responsibilities:
- Meet homeowners, assess Interior Painting Sales and Exterior Painting Sales needs, and present tailored options
- Price, estimate, and write proposals as a Painting Estimator / Estimator
- Negotiate and close as a Painting Sales Representative and Outside Sales Representative
- Log activity in CRM, follow up, and protect a premium customer experience
- Coordinate handoffs with internal teams so projects launch cleanly

Required skills/qualifications:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service sales ability
- Home Improvement Sales / construction sales exposure (Roofing and Painting Sales, Remodeling Sales a plus)
- Organized, self-directed, comfortable with mobile apps/tablets
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, professional presence
