What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and comfort concerns
• Conduct in-home consultations and assess existing HVAC systems
• Educate customers on equipment options, energy efficiency, financing programs, warranties, and available solutions
• Design and present customized comfort solutions based on the homeowner's needs and budget
• Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Manage the sales process from lead appointment through signed agreement and installation handoff
• Maintain accurate customer records, estimates, and sales activities within the CRM system
• Generate referrals and build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and customer loyalty
• Represent the company professionally and uphold our reputation for integrity and quality service

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC, home improvement, remodeling, in-home sales, or residential comfort advisor experience
• Proven ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeowners
• Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on customer education rather than high-pressure tactics
• Experience presenting estimates, financing options, and replacement solutions
• Understanding of residential HVAC systems, equipment, and energy efficiency concepts preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Experience with CRM systems and sales technology preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude
