What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling needs
Educate customers on repair and replacement options
Build trust through honest, consultative communication
Design comfort solutions that fit customer goals and budgets
Prepare and present proposals
Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
Generate referrals and repeat business
Consistently work toward sales and performance goals
