In-Home Plumbing Sales Professional

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Run residential plumbing and drain leads throughout the South Bay and Cerritos area

  • Evaluate homeowner needs and present clear solutions

  • Build value and guide customers through options

  • Handle objections professionally and offer financing

  • Close on the spot and collect deposits

  • Provide clean, detailed handoffs to the install team


What You’ll Be Selling


  • Drain and sewer solutions

  • Plumbing repairs and upgrades

  • Water heaters and tankless systems

  • Re-pipes

  • Water filtration systems

  • Full residential plumbing solutions


Compensation


  • $35/hour base pay + 12% commission

  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Realistic first-year earnings: $150,000 to $200,000+

  • Straightforward commission plan with very limited chargebacks, discussed during the interview process
