Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based sales role with uncapped earning potential. Most consultants earn between $120,000 and $250,000+ annually, with top performers regularly exceeding $200,000 per year. Aspire provides paid training and transparent compensation discussions during the hiring process to ensure you understand your full earning potential.
What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners to evaluate comfort needs, recommend HVAC systems and indoor air quality solutions, and guide customers through purchasing decisions with confidence and professionalism. You will educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and available options while following a structured sales methodology built around trust and service. You'll also coordinate closely with installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from signed agreement through project completion while maintaining accurate records and follow-up communication.
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will have experience in consultative or in-home sales, strong closing ability, and confidence working directly with homeowners. You should be highly motivated by performance-based earnings, coachable, organized, and capable of building trust quickly. HVAC industry experience is preferred but not required for strong sales professionals. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
