Competitive Pay
- $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience and certification

Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home support that allows clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
- Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Work directly in clients’ homes with flexible shifts and varied daily activities
Caregiver Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we pay for Caregiver training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and compassionate personality with a strong desire to help others
