Essential Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass several pre-employment screenings
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
- Caregiving experience preferred, but not required (CNA, DSP, childcare, family caregiving, etc.)

Key Responsibilities-
Personal Care
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers (including Hoyer or Sit to Stand use)
Companionship
- Provide conversation, emotional support, and engage clients in activities
- Promote independence and dignity
Home Support
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, pet care
- Provide transportation using your own vehicle
Specialized Care Services
- Support clients living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
- Provide comfort-focused, compassionate care for clients receiving hospice services
Additional Requirements
- Complete required state and company training
- Maintain professional, timely communication with clients, families, and office staff
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
