In Home Caregiver

We are strongly considering candidates with experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services tailored to meet the client's needs.
• Assist with daily tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.
• Support client mobility through active and passive exercises as defined by the care plan, and report any observed changes to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of documented caregiver experience.
• Certified CPR (training provided) and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation.
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations and commitment to client confidentiality.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.
