Submit SSI applications

- Submit Recon applications
- Data entry on social security forms
- Complete social security accounting reports
- Scan social security mail
- Customer service calls to SSA and DDB to relay basic placement information
- Email template SSI referral requests to FCMs, and forward received referrals to supervisor
- Manage SSI referral follow ups, sending emails for unreceived requests
- Mail school and medical records requests for hearings
- Manage follow-ups for hearings records requests
- Submit SSN email requests to SSA
- Post-refund case research for additional benefit checks received in error
- Respond in writing to SSA address and check notices
- Monthly check audits to look for SSA payment coding errors
- Mail outgoing social security correspondence
- Social security overpayment notice review for accuracy
