Job SummaryThe Implementation Manager is responsible for managing cross‑functional resources and processes to ensure that implementations are delivered on time and in scope, culminating in successful integration with regular operating processes. The manager owns all aspects of an implementation project's organization, timeline, and delivery, collaborating across departments, facilitating meetings, and communicating status and reports.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with cross‑functional resources and lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimation, and implementation plans.Work with project owners to identify and track milestones.Facilitate and run project and departmental meetings.Analyze project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs to meet expectations.Build and maintain project plans, maintaining the portfolio to generate periodic status reports to owners, stakeholders, and executive management.Collaborate with developers, QAs, BAs, and client integration teams to understand release implementation requirements.Work directly with Business Analysts to ensure adequate documentation for each project.Coordinate with stakeholders to assign resources for user training.Travel as required to local implementation sites to facilitate coordination with the implementation team.Perform all responsibilities in alignment with best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect sensitive information.Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program and all corporate policies, including privacy and security policies.Education & LicensureBachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification is a plus.QualificationsFive or more years of job‑related experience.Knowledgeable in project management concepts, practices, and procedures.Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous organization.Flexible and adaptable to new responsibilities as priorities change.Proficiency in critical thinking and problem solving.Proven success working with all levels of an organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid presentation skills.Strong relationship‑building skills, including conflict resolution.Collaborative work style with the ability to influence without direct authority.Initiative‑taking, proactive, independent, and a team player.Knowledge of industry‑standard project management tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in the medical and healthcare field is a plus but not required.Physical, Mental Demands, and Working ConditionsMobility:Sitting, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, stooping, standing, turning.Dexterity:Reaching, grasping, handling.Visual:Color recognition, depth perception, reading/close‑up work, graphing, calibration.Communication:Ability to understand, respond, and translate into action.Working in a normal office environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
