You will also be interacting with customers and internal account teams to ensure customer success while planning and managing these projectsLead complex implementation projects for strategic Enterprise customers designing and building tailored solutions including configurations automations reporting user management and other advanced monday.com features and functionalityBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders including executives to understand their business needs and ensure successful adoption of monday.com across their organizationAct as a project manager for small to large-sized projects by building and executing comprehensive project plans that ensure deliverables stay on-time and on-budgetDesign sophisticated workflows within the monday.com platform to solve complex business cases partnering with technical resources for migrations and integrations as neededLead online webinars consultations and executive-level presentations to educate customers on advanced product capabilities and strategic use casesContribute to department practice development and process improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and client outcomesProvide mentoring and guidance to junior Implementation Consultants supporting their professional development and project successRepresent the voice of Enterprise customers by advocating for their needs and influencing the product development roadmapYour Experience & Skills3-8 years of experience as an implementation consultant managed services consultant customer success manager technical project manager or other technology consulting role preferably in a B2B SaaS environmentExperience leading software implementation or managed services projects that required hands-on build and system configurationExtensive experience with project management CRM service desk andor collaborative work management softwareExperience managing multiple stakeholders and executive-level relationships in large organizationsStrong project management and advanced problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex technical and business requirementsDetail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts business models and technologiesExceptional customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with C-level executives and technical stakeholdersAbility to clearly articulate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvement initiativesKnowledge of APIs GraphQL and integration concepts is beneficialUnderstanding of AI and its use in streamlining work productivity is a bonusPlease note that this role is on a hybrid model in Atlanta.
