- Strong network troubleshooting skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and field technicians during installations and migrations.
Preferences:
- Experience in retail store environments.
- Familiarity with Meraki MX, MS, and MR product lines.
- Experience with POS, payment devices, and store technology.
- Basic knowledge of cloud networking and SaaS application support.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Meraki ECMS, or CompTIA Network+.
