Location: United States - Remote

The firm has acquired notable customers ranging from large conglomerates to unicorn start-ups: DP World, Masafi, DIFC, Abu Dhabi Department of Finance, Nivea, Starbucks, Swiggy, DLF, Crisil, CRED, Vedanta, Mahindra, Glenmark, Gokongwei Group, Mitra Adiperkasa, EFS Facilities Management, VNG Corporation, and many more.
Our vision of building a world-class product company from Asia is backed by marquee global investors like Microsoft, Salesforce, Sequoia Capital, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
What the role is:
Darwinbox is transforming how enterprises manage people, workflows, and employee experiences at scale. As we evolve, implementation is no longer about configuration and delivery tracking. The real challenge is helping organizations rethink how HR should operate across systems, processes, adoption, and decision-making.
This role sits at the intersection of:
Enterprise consulting
Product thinking
Customer transformation
Large-scale SaaS delivery
You will act as:
A trusted advisor to enterprise customers
A strategic partner to CHROs and business leaders
The "Voice of Customer" internally across Product and Engineering
An owner responsible for customer outcomes - not just go-live milestones
All professionals joining our HCM implementation team are expected to clear the product certification (including a proctored assessment) in their first month of joining.
What the work looks like:
You won't just inherit a project plan. You'll inherit ambiguity.
A customer struggling to standardize processes globally.
An implementation that technically works but operationally doesn't.
A workflow designed for manual operations that now needs to scale intelligently.
Your role is to understand the business problem behind the requirement and drive the transformation end-to-end.
That means:
Leading enterprise HCM transformation programs from discovery through adoption
Challenging legacy processes and driving transformation conversations
Influencing senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility
Working closely with internal teams to shape customer outcomes
Balancing customer expectations, scalability, product capabilities, and operational realities
Because enterprise transformation breaks when those worlds operate separately.
Who thrives here:
People who think in systems.
People who naturally ask: "Will this scale?" / "What breaks after go-live?" / "Are we solving the actual customer problem?"
People with consulting instincts, strong ownership mindset, and executive presence.
People who care equally about customer outcomes, product experience, and operational excellence
What we explicitly don't optimize for:
Coordination-heavy implementation profiles
Delivery managers who only track timelines
Requirement takers who never challenge assumptions
Governance without ownership
Implementation thinking without business context
What we are looking for:
Required
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Consulting mindset with ability to drive transformation conversations
Strong customer advocacy and product-oriented thinking
Data-driven and automation-first approach to problem solving
Lastly, what we are not looking for, we're not looking for traditional implementation managers nor project coordinators and not people who measure success by whether the tracker is green.
