Position Summary :

Reporting to the ISL Immunology Sales Lead, responsible for achieving the sales objectives and revenue target for their territory. They accomplish this through engaging Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in field interactions to promote assigned products, maximizing the product(s)’ selling potential and meeting program objectives. The CIS achieves this by developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs, key decision makers and achieving sales goals. The CIS achieves this by educating HCPs about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. The CIS utilizes approved tools for product and program promotion and maintains a competent level of product, program, and customer activity knowledge.

Requirements :

  • This role involves engaging Immunologists, Gastroenterologists, Rare Disease specialists while driving sales of innovative biotechnological drugs in rare and high-cost treatment markets.
  • Candidates should have experience as an Institutional Sales Specialist Representative in pharma, along with a proven track record of success in specialty therapeutics

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in assigned therapeutic areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers (immunologists, gastroenterologists and rare disease specialists).
  • Navigate public and private healthcare institutions to position products effectively.
  • Drive product awareness, access, and adoption across targeted accounts.
  • Manage territory efficiently, leveraging deep knowledge of local market dynamics, regulations, and bidding processes.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and uphold compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations.
