Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Document Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role you will be responsible for the high-quality conversion of physical records into digital assets ensuring strict adherence to production schedules and maintaining 100 accuracy in document indexing and tracking.

What Youll Do In this role you will

  • Execute Full-Cycle Document Conversion: Prep sort and scan hard-copy files into high-quality electronic images ensuring all staples are removed and documents are reassembled and sequenced correctly after scanning.
  • Drive Quality and Data Integrity: Follow precise production procedures for document quality control and indexing ensuring that all digital outputs meet Iron Mountains rigorous standards.
  • Collaborate and Track Progress: Complete internal documentation and tracking logs to provide real-time updates on project status while maintaining a clean and organized work environment to optimize workflow.

What Youll Bring The ideal candidate will have

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a fast-paced production-oriented environment we will train you for success.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and the ability to quickly learn imaging software and high-capacity scanning hardware.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail the ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates and the flexibility to adapt to changing project durations and requirements.
  • Communication: Proficiency in reading writing and communicating in English to ensure safety and operational compliance.

What We Offer

  • Salary: 18.00 Hourly.
  • Shifts: 600 am - 200 pm Monday-Friday.
  • Location: 1601 Leavenworth Street Omaha NE.
