Imaging Services Manager

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Radiology Administration leadership team in the role of Imaging Services Manager.
Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the daily functions and workflow of assigned departmental personnel. Manages operational functions to include but not limited to: customer satisfaction, administrative responsibilities, information, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance and all patient care within radiology imaging. Manages ongoing analysis, develop and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiencies and effectiveness of services and functions. Serves as a liaison between the department and physicians, nurses and other organization departments.
This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift at Bloomington Hospital. Preference for individuals with previous leadership experience and a radiology background.

Reports to: Imaging Services Director
Direct Reports: 2 (80 roll up)
Key Relationships: ER, All Nursing Floors, Inpatient, Registration, Scheduling, Clinical Engineering, Finance
