At Loyola Medicine, our Imaging Professional Support Supervisor plays a critical role in leading teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring every patient receives the exceptional service and care they deserve.
About the Role
Under the direction of the Director Radiology, the Imaging Professional Support Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Imaging Support Services team for the region, including Dynamic Schedulers, Image Management, Service Representatives, and other administrative support staff. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and achievement of key performance metrics across all Imaging modalities.
The Supervisor partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and support a seamless patient experience. Responsibilities include staff leadership and development, performance management, policy compliance, budget monitoring, and continuous quality improvement. Success in this role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service while supporting the goals of the Imaging department.

Pay Range: $25.7100 -$41.1400 per hour
