The Imaging Operations Coordinator oversees the day-to-day projects within the imaging operation. They resolve issues, adhere to the imaging standards, and monitor timelines and results.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Workflow Management: Lead the production workflow through job setup, staging, and scheduling to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct final quality checks, execute post-production corrections, and ensure strict adherence to Digital Solutions Imaging Center Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Team Leadership & Training: Train, support, and direct team members to maintain high standards of imaging accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Technical Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve scanner or batch class issues, escalating complex technical problems to the Information Technology (IT) team when necessary.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience performing end-to-end imaging tasks with a strong understanding of quality measurement techniques.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project workflows, schedule personnel, and lead a team of 6-10 imaging specialists to meet timelines.

  • Strong working knowledge of imaging hardware and related technology to effectively resolve production issues.

  • High school diploma or equivalent coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Compensation: $22.50 per hour + Benefits

  • Travel: Minimal local travel (1%)
