We are seeking a dynamic Consulting Copy of Network Engineer in the Tech Services industry to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, implementing and optimizing the Oracle Case Management module, and enhancing clinical workflows for Case Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the interaction between Finance and Case Management and the mechanisms available for communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in the implementation, optimization, and customization of the Oracle Case Management module.
  • Leverage features within Oracle to enhance case management workflows, including worklists, work queue monitor, and message center/pools.
  • Understand and improve clinical workflows for Case Management, such as utilization review, discharge planning, denials, and appeals processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Finance and Case Management, using various mechanisms such as worklists, denials/appeals, and inter-communications within the health system.
  • Present complex technical concepts and solutions to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Continually update knowledge and skills in line with industry developments and innovations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Tech Services industry.
  • Expertise in CCL and strong knowledge of Oracle Case Management module.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows for Case Management (e.g., Utilization review, discharge planning, denials, and appeals processes).
  • Understanding of workflows in which Finance and Case Management need to interact/communicate, and available mechanisms for communication/collaboration.
  • Ability to customize the Oracle Case Management module.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferred: CCL skills for localization/customization of the Oracle Case Management/Millennium products.
