Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an Image Processing Engineer IV who will serve as a principal technical authority for advanced optical payload and image processing applications. This role balances high level technical oversight of algorithmic deliverables with hands on development and evaluation of flight ready computer vision and image processing algorithms. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between hardware capabilities (sensor/optics) and software execution, driving the autonomous processing capabilities for critical space missions.Technical Oversight: Serve as the primary technical point of contact monitoring a algorithmic development. Ensure deliverables meet rigorous mission requirements, timelines, and integration standards

Base Salary: $165,000 to $215,000
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are considered part of Quantum Space's total compensation package.
