What You'll Do

As an OR Sterile Processing Technician, you will:

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Operate sterilization equipment while following infection prevention and safety standards.
• Ensure sterile supplies and equipment are available for surgical procedures and patient care areas.
• Distribute sterile instruments and supplies to the Operating Room and hospital departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality assurance throughout the sterilization process.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient surgical environment.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred

• One year of previous hospital experience.
• Completion of a Sterile Processing certification course.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $15.00 – $22.50, based on experience.

Performance Bonus

Eligible for a performance-based bonus based on established criteria and organizational goals. Additional details will be shared during the interview process.

Shift Incentives

Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials are available for eligible positions in accordance with company policies.
