Responsibilities include sourcing, hiring, and placing employees aligned with customer needs, analyzing market trends, serving as a liaison, investigating employee matters, researching new business opportunities, and fostering community relationships.
Key competencies: excellent customer service, ethics, attention to detail, communication skills, time management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, organizational ability, and 2-3 years of HR or staffing experience.
