Job Description:

The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing in-house maintenance warehouse inventory. This individual supports all warehouse functions by ensuring a consistent stock of materials is readily available for the Store Support Center and retail locations. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversees warehouse inventory and maintains a stock of supplies and materials.
• Runs weekly and monthly inventory checks to verify quantity counts and document areas of low inventory.
• Facilitates communication with internal partner, Equipment Department, and multiple vendors to verify product and request re-orders as needed. 
• Maintain and process core parts returns.
• Creates and processes item information for all new products.
• Carries out all general warehouse support functions as needed.
• Various other tasks assigned by DC leadership.

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel preferred

• OSHA certification, Forklift certificate, or other relevant certifications a plus
