Job Title: IDG Marketing Specialist/Coordinator
Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Role Summary:
Support the Office of the CMO within organization by coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives, managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, supporting executive communications, and driving operational excellence across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing, product, operations, and business projects.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Support global stakeholder communication and team alignment.
- Create and maintain project trackers, dashboards, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with business reviews, status updates, meetings, and operational planning.
- Develop executive presentations, briefing materials, meeting notes, and communications.
- Identify process improvements and support execution of key marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Marketing Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or related roles.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and project management/collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting marketing or go-to-market programs.
- Experience working with global or matrixed organizations.
- Executive presentation and business review support experience.
- Interest in technology, consumer products, or marketing strategy.
