This travel position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a 10-bed ICU unit, providing care to a diverse patient population, including post-op CABGs and cardiac cases.

As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients. This role requires a strong foundation in cardiac care and the ability to adapt to various care settings, including floating to PCU and Med Surg as needed.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a 10-bed ICU with a focus on cardiac cases
• Utilize advanced skills with IABP, Impella, and CRRT
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt to floating requirements to PCU and Med Surg based on census
• Work 3x12 night shifts with weekend and holiday rotations
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC

Requirements for this role include:

• Need 2 years experience in ICU setting, including cardiac experience
• Active NE or compact license in good standing
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Flexibility to work weekends and additional shifts as needed
