Responsibilities
Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to critically ill patients on site.
Monitor patient vitals, assess changes, and escalate to physicians promptly.
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed with accuracy.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Document patient status and interventions clearly in medical records.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to coordinate patient care plans.
Meet department KPIs and contribute to pipeline-based target tracking.
Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance patient flow.
Participate in ongoing professional development and pursue advancement goals.
Utilize clinical documentation systems to record patient data efficiently.
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Nurse with ICU specialization and current license.
Minimum 2–4 years ICU or critical care nursing experience.
Proficient in invasive monitoring and critical care interventions.
Accurate medication administration and documentation in EHR/CDC systems.
Strong infection control knowledge and adherence to safety protocols.
Ability to rapidly escalate changes to physicians and participate in rounds.
KPI-driven performance mindset with ability to contribute to pipeline targets.
Proven record of accurate charting and clinical documentation.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families.
Adaptability to a growth-oriented, merit-based environment.
