What You'll Bring:
- Valid RN licensure and current certifications (ACLS, BLS)
- Proven experience in ICU settings, with the ability to adapt quickly
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adhere to protocols and maintain patient safety
Nice to Have:
- Additional certifications such as PALS, TNCC, CPI
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
- Prior ICU precepting or mentoring experience
- Flexibility to support float coverage and weekend shifts
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in a Level I or II trauma facility
- Willingness to support first-time travelers and adapt to varied schedules
Other Requirements:
- Night shift availability (4x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30)
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care during all hours
- Compliance with all facility and health regulation standards
- Willingness to work every other weekend and support float shifts
