What You’ll Do

• Provide critical care nursing in various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
• Float across units based on staffing and patient acuity, delivering specialized patient care
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other critical care procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards during all patient care activities
• Document patient care accurately within EPIC electronic health record system

What You Need
Required:

• Ohio RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC
• Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
