Seeking a Project Team Lead to manage end-to-end capital projects in dairy manufacturing facilities.
- Lead project planning, scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and sustainability standards.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement using innovative practices.
- Manage construction, installation, commissioning, and handover with minimal supervision.
- Participate in cross-plant teams, support root cause analysis, and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Require 5+ years of industrial project management experience, strong knowledge of dairy systems, and excellent leadership skills.
