Kforce has a client that is seeking an IBP Product Manager in Draper, UT. Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Owner - Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise planning solutions that drive alignment across supply chains, operations, finance, and business teams. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and business transformation, with a strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning processes and a passion for delivering scalable, data-driven solutions. As the product owner for IBP-focused platforms and capabilities, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Integrated Business Planning capabilities and supporting technologies
  • Partner with business leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Sales to understand planning challenges and translate them into actionable product requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, operational impact, strategic alignment, and stakeholder feedback
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans to ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives
  • Drive improvements across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, S&OP, and executive planning processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or related product leadership experience
  • Strong experience supporting or owning solutions within an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) environment
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, Scrum teams, and iterative product delivery models
  • Experience managing product backlogs, prioritization frameworks, feature planning, and release management
  • Experience leveraging KPIs and operational metrics to guide product decisions
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align leaders across multiple business functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product strategies and actionable roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting enterprise planning platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, Oracle Supply Chain Planning, or similar technologies
  • Experience working with large-scale digital transformation or supply chain modernization initiatives
  • Knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, and S&OE processes
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or other enterprise business systems

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
