ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead two high-priority enterprise technology programs:
SAP Ariba – Procurement & Supplier Management Transformation
SAP IBP – Integrated Business Planning & Supply Chain Optimization
This role is responsible for end-to-end program governance, delivery oversight, and management of a Systems Integrator (SI) partner. The ideal candidate
brings deep expertise in SAP enterprise implementations, a strong understanding of procurement and supply chain business processes, and a proven track
record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs in a regulated industry environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Leadership & Governance
• Define and maintain the overall program roadmap, milestones, and interdependence across both Ariba and IBP workstreams
• Establish and lead program governance structures including steering committees, workstream leads, and executive briefings
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, risk registers, issue logs, and decision frameworks
• Drive alignment across business stakeholders, IT leadership, and the Systems Integrator
• Ensure program objectives are aligned to business outcomes, KPIs, and strategic priorities
Systems Integrator Management
• Serve as the primary MiniMed interface to the SI partner across both programs
• Manage SI contracts, SOW compliance, deliverable quality, and performance against SLAs
• Conduct regular SI performance reviews and escalate issues as needed
• Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building within MiniMed teams
• Oversee SI resource plans and identify gaps or risks related to staffing or skill sets
SAP Ariba Program Oversight
• Oversee implementation of SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management)
• Partner with Procurement and Finance leadership to drive process standardization and adoption
• Manage change management, training, and go-live readiness activities
• Ensure integration design aligns with downstream systems (e.g., SAP ERP/S4HANA, finance systems)
SAP IBP Program Oversight
• Oversee implementation of SAP IBP modules (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization)
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leadership to align planning capabilities with business needs
• Manage data readiness, master data governance, and integration to manufacturing and logistics systems
• Support change management activities including S&OP process redesign and user adoption
Risk, Budget & Reporting
• Own program-level budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across both programs
• Provide regular executive-level status reporting with clear insights on scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Maintain program documentation and ensure audit-readiness, particularly in support of regulatory and compliance requirements
