Our Vision: To ignite a brighter tomorrow for every child and youth, regardless of their struggles, by providing unwavering support, world‑class education, and a nurturing environment.Job RequirementsThis position is assigned to direct and coordinate the IBI Program at The Austin Centers Gilbert campus located in the IBI classroom and act as a behavior intervention specialist and CPI trainer on the campus. Computer skills in MSWord, EXCEL, and The ACES/IBI Database are essential. The physical demand will be occasional lifting, carrying, kneeling, crouching, and use of approved Austin Centers Therapeutic Holds when a student is a danger to self or others, and all other approved approaches have been exhausted.ExperienceJob related experience at the Austin Centers is preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience with the Austin Centers preferred. TSS level 2 or 3 preferred. The ability and approval to drive ACES vehicles is preferred.EducationTargeted job related education with a Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
