Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Manage user access requests and permissions across multiple platforms including Active Directory, Mainframe, LDAP, UNIX, and Microsoft Exchange in the ITAR and non ITAR environment.
- Handle provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts, ensuring timely and accurate access based on user roles and responsibilities.
- Utilize SailPoint or similar identity governance tools to automate access management processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather access requirements, define access roles, and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Perform access reviews and audits to validate access entitlements and identify any discrepancies or violations.
- Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide timely resolution to minimize impact on business operations.
- Assist in the design and implementation of access management solutions, including integration with existing systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to access management processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Provide training and support to end users on access management tools and procedures.
- Knowledge of provisioning and deprovisioning processes and tools, with experience in automation and workflow management.

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
