Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our hybrid identity and cloud operations, ensuring the uptime and scalability of our systems, and leading incident response efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) background to manage, scale, and secure enterprise identity infrastructure.
- Previous Client Experience is required.
- Ability to bridge the gap between traditional identity management (Active Directory) and modern cloud architectures (AWS).
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure changes.
- Proficiency in leveraging observability frameworks to maintain platform health.
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Expertise in monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, ELK, or AWS CloudWatch/CloudTrail.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the core identity footprint across enterprise Active Directory and AWS IAM.
- Maintain and deploy IAM resources, policies, and directory configurations.
- Design and support CI/CD pipelines for secure policy testing, deployment, and validation.
- Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting for authentication and authorization paths.
- Act as a tier-3 escalation point for complex identity and authentication issues.
