IDR is seeking a IAM Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role is focused on supporting IAM initiatives within a dynamic organization operating in the cybersecurity and IT industry. The position involves working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to develop and optimize identity and access management solutions, ensuring security and compliance.

Position Overview for the IAM Business Analyst:

  • Gather and elicit IAM requirements from stakeholders to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to facilitate communication and solution design.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement IAM solutions that adhere to security standards and business needs.
  • Conduct gap analyses to ensure IAM practices comply with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and internal policies.
  • Analyze and improve identity management processes, including user experience and access control models like RBAC and ABAC.

Requirements for the IAM Business Analyst:

  • Proven experience eliciting IAM requirements and working with DevOps, developers, support, and QA teams.
  • Strong understanding of interoperability protocols including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
  • Knowledge of IAM processes such as provisioning, deprovisioning, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
