- Manage projects from simple parcels to multi-property deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Search, examine, and interpret legal property descriptions and records such as deeds, liens, and easements.
- Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to produce precise title reports and commitments.
- Bring at least 3 years of commercial title experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Proficiency in relevant software and legal terminology is required.
