MAKE AN IMPACT As a Service Desk Intern, you will:

• Work with cutting edge technology • Enhance your troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Receive mentoring from experienced systems engineers • Will be responsible for building, repairing and installing PC and Mac workstations for Lutz clients • Provide onsite assistance to the Lutz Helpdesk

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3.0 GPA 30 hours per week minimum requirement Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, applicable certifications, or transitioning into technology Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows 10/11, Server), Microsoft Office applications, and Internet browsers Must be comfortable solving problems Must have the ability to build partnerships with various teams Strong verbal and written communication skills
