  • You will troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and repair analog and digital process control instrumentation, analytical equipment, control valves, electrical and electronic control systems, pneumatics, motor controls, computer interfaces, and low-voltage electrical systems (600VAC and below).
  • Diagnose and resolve instrumentation, electrical, and process control issues using control logic, schematic wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, including analytical equipment calibration and repair, while maintaining accurate documentation and equipment history within the CMMS system.
  • Further, you will ensure adequate spare parts availability and support the reliability and ongoing performance of instrumentation and electrical assets.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance while overseeing contractor activities and ensuring adherence to all site safety requirements.
  • And you will support plant operations by learning the production process, operating plant systems as needed, and assisting with production technician responsibilities during normal and off-hours operations.
  • Work effectively in both office and field environments, including climbing ladders, working from scaffolding, man-lifts, and crane baskets, and performing duties in varying weather conditions.
  • Participate in rotating on-call coverage, provide off-hours plant support, and travel domestically as required (typically less than 10%).
