Summary
It is the responsibility of the I&D Coordinator - PT to under limited supervision, coordinate the pre-planning preparation of the Installation and Dismantle process and track, confirm, and verify the process by show. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. Support a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures, taking personal responsibility for safety, reporting hazards or concerns promptly, and contributing to a culture that prioritizes safety every day.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Answer high volume of phone inquiries.
+ Maintain all Installation & Dismantle (I&D) orders and show files.
+ Interact with coworkers in I&D, other departments, and branches daily.
+ Cultivate new and existing exhibitor relationships.
+ Generate correspondence and handle special projects.
+ Cover for laborers at show site as scheduled.
+ Instruct team members on show site as required.
+ Function as floor supervisor when requested.
+ Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
+ Complete required safety training and apply safe work practices at all times.
+ Immediately report any workplace accidents, near misses, hazards, or unsafe conditions to a manager or through an appropriate reporting channel.
+ Participate in safety discussions and communicate concerns or feedback openly to help maintain a safe work environment.
+ Use tools, equipment, and protective gear properly to prevent injuries and incidents.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Previous trade show and/or I&D labor experience are preferred.
+ Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and applicable OSHA requirements.
+ Ability to consistently follow safety rules and contribute to a positive safety culture.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
OSHA 10 Certification required.
