About This Opportunity

Join our innovative clinical team as an Interventional Psychiatric Technician and become a vital part of transformative mental health and wellness treatment. In this multidisciplinary role, you'll deliver safe, effective Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) while supporting our clients' journey toward healing and recovery. Working under the direction of experienced physicians and licensed providers, you'll combine technical expertise with compassionate client care to ensure every treatment session meets the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and therapeutic support.

While this role is mainly focused on HBOT treatments and chamber operations, the Technician may provide cross-coverage support for Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS) and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) as needed. The position includes direct client engagement, crisis support, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote client safety, treatment consistency, and optimal outcomes.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a progressive clinical environment where cutting-edge treatments meet evidence-based behavioral health practices. If you're passionate about client wellness, comfortable with medical technology, and committed to trauma-informed care, we want to hear from you.
