What will you do? Make an impact!

Join a team where your work directly supports safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible plant operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in an industrial setting and want to build practical skills while keeping critical systems running smoothly.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor plant systems including wastewater, oil processing, tank bottoms, and boiler systems
  • Keep all process equipment running efficiently to support continuous operations
  • Manage inventory to ensure consistent product quality and availability
  • Transfer materials and tanks as directed to support production needs
  • Maintain clean, organized process areas to meet quality standards and inspection readiness
  • Ensure compliance with environmental discharge permits and all safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and plant management
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 months of related experience or training preferred
  • Experience in an industrial or plant environment is a plus
  • Ability to follow schedules and work assigned shifts
  • Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on environment
  • Able to read, write, and understand English clearly
