Job Brief

The ideal candidate will have a background in hydraulics and small engine repair. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mowers and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify problems accurately.
• Conduct diesel engine repairs and automotive repairs as needed.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs and modifications.
• Assist with heavy lifting of equipment during repairs or maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• knowledge of hydraulics and hose replacement
• Small engine repair
• Service technician experience, particularly in equipment repair, is highly valued.
• Proficient in reading schematics for troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive and generator repair.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is a plus.
• Experience with soldering techniques for electrical repairs.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
