Large, top-tier law firm seeks Hybrid Trusts & Estates Secretary for its Los Angeles office. This role requires a deep understanding of trust and estate planning and administration. Secretary will manage team calendars, deadlines and key deliverables and will serve as a point of contact for high-net-worth and high-profile clients. In addition, will prepare, format, proofread, redline estate planning documents, maintain organized digital and physical files and indexing, transcribe dictation of correspondence and estate planning documents, notarize client estate planning documents as needed, assist with onboarding clients by ensuring conflict clearance and engagement letter execution. Secretary should hit the ground running with assisting with all administrative matters such as time entry and proforma editing, expense reimbursement, calendaring and travel arrangement. Secretary should have at least 5 years’ experience preparing estate planning and administration documents. Must be a Notary Public or willing to attain certification and should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and iManage. Salary range is $100-110K depending on skills and experience.
